Ken is Vanessa's husband and real estate partner! A retired PwC partner, Ken was a partner for nearly 20 years with broad industry experience and financial expertise. Having worked in the industry for nearly 30 years with roles throughout the US and around the world, Ken took advantage of the COVID disruption to obtain his real estate license so he could assist Vanessa in building her business. Now that he is officially retired from the accounting business, as a client of the “Shives Team”, you can expect to interact with Ken, whether it's at a showing, a home inspection, financial analysis, or even helping with handyman related tasks! He has a keen sense of the real estate market from following the market through the years but also from personal experience with identifying properties with potential and his significant financial and analytical expertise.
